SHIPPING POLICY

General information

Sinova operates on a dropshipping model: your orders are processed and shipped directly by our partner suppliers. The sender address on your parcel may differ from Sinova's, which is completely normal. Sinova remains your single point of contact for any question about your order.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

2. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • France: 7 to 15 business days
  • Western Europe (Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy…): 10 to 20 business days
  • Northern Europe / Nordics: 12 to 22 business days
  • Eastern Europe: 14 to 25 business days
  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom and other international destinations: 10 to 35 business days

These times are estimates and may vary depending on carriers, customs and peak periods (holidays, sales).

3. Order tracking

A tracking link will be emailed to you after shipment. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to become active after the parcel is sent.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout, based on your delivery country and the weight of your order.

5. Where orders ship from

Our products ship from China, other Asian countries or European warehouses, depending on the product. Additional delays may occur at customs.

6. Customs duties and taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs fees apply. For deliveries outside the EU (including the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom), local customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the authorities of the destination country. These costs are paid by the customer.

7. Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the stated time or arrives damaged, contact us at sophiaezzaher7@gmail.com within 30 days of the shipping date. We will arrange a reshipment or a refund.
