Article 2 — Purpose and scope
These General Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all sales concluded between Sinova and any consumer buyer (the "Customer") through www.sinovamarket.com.
Sinova operates as an online retailer whose products are shipped directly by partner suppliers to the end Customer. Sinova remains the Customer's sole contact and the party responsible to the Customer, in accordance with Articles L.221-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
Placing an order on the site implies full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms prevail over any other document, unless Sinova has agreed otherwise in writing beforehand.
Article 3 — Products
Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible (photos, descriptions, technical specifications). In accordance with Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has all essential information before ordering.
Photos and visuals are for illustration purposes. Slight color variations may occur depending on screens. Sinova undertakes to sell only products that comply with applicable European regulations (CE marking where relevant) and safety standards.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose a full refund, a store credit or an equivalent replacement product.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. As Sinova benefits from the VAT franchise (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), no VAT applies to sales. The mention "VAT not applicable" appears on each invoice.
The prices displayed are those in force when the order is confirmed. Sinova reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice; the applicable price is the one shown at the time of the order.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before the order is finally confirmed.
For orders shipped from a country outside the European Union, customs duties may be payable on parcels worth more than €150. These duties are paid exclusively by the Customer. The Customer is invited to check with the customs authorities of their country (www.douane.gouv.fr).
Article 5 — Orders
The Customer places an order by following these steps:
1. Selecting products and adding them to the cart
2. Reviewing the cart
3. Entering delivery and billing details
4. Choosing a payment method and confirming
5. Receiving a confirmation email summarizing the order
The sale is concluded once payment is confirmed. Sinova reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online, securely, by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) via Shopify Payments, or by any other payment method offered at checkout. Payments are encrypted using SSL.
The charge is made when the order is confirmed. Sinova does not store any card data, in accordance with PCI-DSS rules.
If a payment is declined or fraudulent, the order will be automatically canceled and the Customer informed by email.
Article 7 — Delivery

• Mainland France: 5 to 21 business days
• Europe: 10 to 25 business days
• International (including Tunisia): 10 to 35 business days

A tracking number will be emailed to the Customer as soon as the order ships. Sinova cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or any event of force majeure.
Article 8 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving a reason or paying penalties.
To exercise this right, the Customer may:
• Use the withdrawal form available in their customer account (in accordance with Ordinance No. 2026-2)
• Send an email to contact@sinova.fr stating their wish to withdraw
• Use the model withdrawal form in the Appendix to these Terms
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Return costs are paid by the Customer, unless the product is defective or non-compliant.
Sinova refunds the full price paid (excluding return costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as for the order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, products unsealed by the Customer for hygiene reasons, or perishable goods, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Article 9 — Legal warranties
All products sold by Sinova benefit from the following legal warranties under French law:
• Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery for new goods. The Customer may request repair or replacement of the product, or failing that, a refund.
• Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code): the Customer may request cancellation of the sale or a price reduction if the defect makes the product unfit for its intended use.
These warranties apply independently of any commercial warranty Sinova may offer.
Article 10 — Liability
Sinova is fully responsible for the proper performance of the obligations arising from the sales contract, in accordance with Article L.221-15 of the French Consumer Code, including when these obligations are performed by third-party suppliers.

• Legal and accounting obligations
• Improving the Customer experience (with consent)
Personal data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with partner suppliers and carriers strictly as needed to fulfill the order, under GDPR standard contractual clauses.
The Customer has the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, the Customer may contact Sinova at: contact@sinova.fr.
The Customer may also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Article 12 — Mediation and dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact Sinova first at contact@sinova.fr to find an amicable solution.
