GENERAL TERMS OF USE

The website www.sinovamarket.com is published by EZ ZAHER Sophia, micro-entrepreneur trading as SINOVA, registered under SIREN number 105 806 855. These General Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") set out the conditions of access to and use of the Site by any visitor or user. Any access to the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Article 2 — Access to the site
The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access. All costs related to accessing the Site (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are borne solely by the User.
SINOVA reserves the right to suspend, modify or interrupt access to the Site at any time, in particular for maintenance, updates or force majeure, without incurring any liability.
The Site is accessible 24/7, subject to interruptions required for maintenance or in the event of force majeure.
Article 3 — Account creation
Users may create a personal account on the Site to make purchasing easier and track their orders. Creating an account is optional for placing an order.
Users undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating their account. They are solely responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for any activity carried out from their account.
SINOVA reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of fraudulent use, breach of these Terms of Use, or conduct harmful to the interests of the Site or other users.
Article 4 — Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, photos, SINOVA logo, design, structure, database) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of SINOVA or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion of all or part of the Site, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without SINOVA's prior written authorization, and may give rise to legal action.
Users are authorized to view the Site for strictly personal, non-commercial use.
Article 5 — User conduct
Users undertake to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms of Use. In particular, they must not:
• Use the Site for fraudulent, illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public order
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site's computer systems
• Transmit viruses or any malicious code likely to damage the Site
• Collect other Users' personal data without their consent
• Reproduce, copy or misuse the Site's content for commercial purposes
• Post false, defamatory or misleading reviews or comments
Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate suspension of access to the Site and, where applicable, legal action.
Article 6 — Customer reviews
Reviews published on the Site are collected from customers who actually purchased the product concerned. SINOVA undertakes not to publish any fake reviews, in accordance with the 2026 regulations on online customer reviews and the requirements of the DGCCRF (French consumer protection authority).
Users who post a review certify that it is sincere, genuine and based on an authentic experience. SINOVA reserves the right to moderate or remove any review that is clearly false, defamatory or offensive.
Article 7 — Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. These links are provided for information only. SINOVA has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices or availability.
Creating hyperlinks to the Site requires SINOVA's prior written consent.
Article 8 — Cookies
The Site uses cookies to improve the browsing experience and analyze traffic. Cookies are small text files placed on the User's device when visiting the Site.

Article 10 — Liability and warranties

SINOVA cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site, an interruption of access, an error or omission in the content, or an external intrusion.

Article 11 — Changes to the Terms of Use
SINOVA reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the Site. Users are invited to review the Terms of Use regularly. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
Article 12 — Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute about their interpretation or performance, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.
